Trustee
I am currently retired but for the majority of my working life I was employed as a Social Worker and manager in a large variety of health and social care settings. Much of this work focused on adults and older people with mental health problems.

Since January 2016 I have been involved with Enfield Clubhouse as a volunteer, manager, voluntary finance manager and trustee.

Claire Fisher

Trustee
I work full time for a disabled people's charity as Head of Communications.  As someone with lived experience of mental illness myself I am passionate about using my privilege and experience, both professionally and personally, to support local community organisations in the borough of Enfield, where I have lived all my life.

Through my volunteering work at the community allotment with the Club I have grown to know and care about the members and its future.

My name is Chris Stewart and I’m a member of the club house and a trustee  I have a mental illness but I don’t let it take over, I have to keep myself busy most of the time like doing pottery and art therapy plus listening to music and driving my car.

I have been lucky to have been a Clubhouse member for many years, we have had a lot of fun as well as enjoyed lots of volunteering too. I’m also a paid staff member who sorts out IT and tech issues as well as supporting staff in their roles.
