About us

Welcome to Enfield Club House

We offer a range of community based therapeutic activities for people with serious mental health conditions.

In the current climate we know that you will be very aware of the increased need for mental health support across the borough.

We succeed in providing a safe, therapist led environment that aims to keep people well and out of hospital, supports them to manage their conditions, promotes healthy eating, exercise, useful contribution to the community through volunteering and importantly a social network for companionship and friendship.

Current activities:
  • Pottery
  • Art therapy
  • Allotment, cooking, giving/sharing produce
  • A weekly day trip
  • Annual group holiday

Enfield Clubhouse aims to help people with the most severe and enduring mental health problems such as
schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder (or manic depression), psychotic depression and anxiety disorders
to find and sustain meaningful work, social lives and supportive relationships.
