Corporate Wellbeing Days

Time to slow down, reconnect and make a difference

At Enfield Club House we are best known for supporting people living with enduring mental health issues. We also welcome local businesses to spend a day with us through our Corporate Wellbeing Days – supportive, hands‑on experiences designed to help your team step away from the pressures of work, reconnect with one another and discover the value of looking after their mental health.

Every day is planned with care, and your visit directly supports an important community mental health project.

What are Corporate Wellbeing Days?

Our Corporate Wellbeing Days are not clinical therapy sessions. They are warm, carefully planned experiences that draw on the same creative, outdoor and community‑based activities our members enjoy every week.

The aim is simple: to give your employees the space to slow down, breathe, take part in something meaningful together, and leave with a better understanding of why mental health support matters. No experience is needed, and everyone is welcome – the day is shaped around your group, not the other way around.

The benefits for your business and your team

A day with us can support a range of workplace goals at once:
  • Staff wellbeing – a genuine chance to reduce stress, recharge and feel cared for.
  • Team connection – shared, hands‑on activities that bring colleagues together away from screens and deadlines.
  • Mental health awareness – a relaxed, human introduction to mental health and the difference good support can make.
  • Corporate social responsibility – meaningful social impact, with your visit helping to sustain a local mental health charity.
It is a meaningful day away from the office that gives something back – to your people and to your community.

Activities tailored to your group

Every Corporate Wellbeing Day is tailored to suit your team, the size of your group and what you would like to get out of the day. Activities may include:
  • Art‑based and creative sessions
  • Gardening and allotment activities
  • Nature‑based and outdoor activities
  • Day trips and group outings
  • Tailored group experiences built around your aims
Because we have years of experience supporting people living with enduring mental health issues, every session is delivered with sensitivity, patience and care. You and your colleagues will be in friendly, understanding hands from the moment you arrive.
