How to Join

Eligibility Criteria
You can apply to become a member of Enfield Clubhouse if you have a history of mental health problems and you want to try to return to work, education or some other regular activity in the community.

Typically, people who benefit from Clubhouse membership will have a diagnosis of schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder or had some other psychotic experience.

We try not to exclude anyone who might benefit from membership, but we have limited resources and if you are offered a place it may depend on us being able to secure funding to pay for it. Direct Payments are a good option for most people, but there are alternatives.

Visit
The best times to visit are 11:30 or 2:30 on a Wednesday or a Friday when a Clubhouse member or a member of staff will show you around and answer any questions you have.

Interview
Once you have completed the application form and returned it to us we will contact you to arrange an informal interview. At the interview, we will go through your application form with you and ask one or two further questions and you can also ask questions of us. You can bring your Care Co-ordinator or a friend along for support if you wish.

Start
At the end of the interview if we agree that joining the Clubhouse will benefit you and help to meet your needs then we will agree a start date.
