Vedaste started at the Clubhouse as a volunteer and joined the staff part-time in February 2008. We have valued his unflinching support in all facets of the Clubhouse activities and enjoyed his unique sense of humour.

We wish him well in his new full-time role as Social Therapist with NHS Hackney and as a token of our appreciation we presented him with a card designed by Andy and a  gift - one of Chris's fabulous hand-crafted ceramic bowls - at his leaving party in our local pub.

    Enfield Clubhouse is a local, registered charity helping people with a mental illness recover purposeful lives in the community.

    We support people with the most severe and enduring mental health problems such as schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder (or manic depression), psychotic depression and anxiety disorders find and sustain meaningful work, social lives and supportive relationships.
